TripleC is a BAFTA award-winning disabled-led organisation with a mission to drive up the role of deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent people in the arts & screen industries and the role of the arts & screen industries in the lives of deaf, disabled and/or neurodivegent people.
TripleC will be delivering a new year-long programme has been launched to kickstart an increase in employment, representation and elevation of deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent (DDN) talent across film and TV in Scotland.
The Scotland-wide programme, supported by Screen Scotland through its Skills Fund, aims to ensure that Scotland has a diverse screen workforce. It began with TripleC bringing the next Disabled Artists Networking Community (DANC) event to Glasgow in June 2024, which included a panel discussion and networking opportunity between industry and creative talent.

As part of the project, TripleC are building an online talent resource to support the industry to find and hire Scotland-based DDN talent at all career levels. If you would like to be included in the online talent resource, please email them with the following:

- an image of yourself including a brief description of your image
- a link to your work (this might be a website, Spotlight link, YouTube link etc).
