Professional Development Fund
Support for individuals already working in film and television to access training, mentoring and other professional development activity, nationally and internationally.
The development of Scotland’s screen workforce is essential to meet the industry’s growth, and to increase its diversity. This fund aims to contribute to this by providing support for individuals that are working in film and television to access training, mentoring and other professional development activity, nationally and internationally.
Priority will be given to:

A ScreenSkills bursary is a cash grant to remove the obstacles to getting into the screen industries or progressing your career once you’re in. You can apply for money to pay for most things that relate to work and continuing professional development, such as training fees, accommodation, care, disability access costs, equipment, software and travel.
Film and TV Charity
The Film and TV Charity offers awards and funding programmes to support talented up-and-coming Film and TV professionals to reach their full potential every year.
BAFTA Scholarship
The BAFTA UK Scholarship Programme aims to support talented people at all stages of their career in film, games and television.
The programme is open to British citizens in need of financial assistance to take eligible undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the UK.
